HTML Email Testing Services

HTML Emails can be a pain in the neck due to radically differing rendering of various clients. There are a number of web-based services which cater to designers or developers for testing the results in a dozen or so various clients (and versions of the clients) from Outlook to Gmail, and even Lotus Notes.

Note that all three provide screenshots only.

Mass Mailers

Recently tested out several OSS mass mailers. I ended up choosing (the very excellent) Dada Mail, since it was the one app of the few that scaled down appropriately for the project for which it was being evaluated.

Also listing some hosted services for reference. Zookoda looks like it's addressing an interesting niche.

A guide to CSS support in Email

3D Email: The Most Stupid Idea, Ever.

3-D Video Game Email. I'd like to write 'Enough said', but it's so misguided, even a succinct description of it is confusing.

Real-world metaphors create enough problems in interface. This is just ridiculous. Where did they get the V.C.?
