I'm a web developer with a career spanning a decade of diverse experience including programming, production and project management, creative direction and design.

I'm passionate about content optimization and usability, and hand-code in compliance with accessibilty standards.

I started my web career as a designer and production manager, but soon became obsessed with code. I now specialize in front-end web development and presentation in XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and Flash. I also build server-side applications with PHP and MySQL, and customize open-source content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.

My background is in fine art and design - I sketched my way through school, and graduated with a fine art degree. I also love music. I have been a drummer for 16 years - although my musical talents are suspect. I began recording digital multitracked music eight years ago, mostly just for the fun of it, sometimes creating tracks for Flash movies. I am now learning to play the guitar, and occasionally record a song.

I live in New York City with my wife Suzanne, and the bodhisattva Lolly.
